First of all lets download and install the Gimme app on your mobile device. Please continue to the app store if you are an iphone user or continue with google play if you are an android user.
How to hire a personal shopper
OPEN APP
Open up your ‘Gimme’ App
ENTER STORE DETAILS
Enter store details or location as the start point for your Buddy’s job
ENTER DROP-OFF LOCATION
Enter drop-off location where you would like your items dropped off
SELECT PERSONAL SHOPPER
Select ‘Personal Shopper’ as your Buddy’s task type.
SELECT ITEMS
Using the in-app browser you can search for your shop’s online store and upload a screenshot of your desired item/s and prices - alternatively, you can upload photos from an album in your phone.
INPUT PRICE
Double check and input the total purchase amount at the bottom right of the app and progress forward.
SELECT VEHICLE
Select a vehicle type that will safely store your goods for delivery.
CONFIRM
Confirm your order details and submit your task to be completed by a Buddy.
KEEP AN EYE OUT
Watch your in-app chat for any questions or queries from your Buddy
COMPLETE ORDER
When your Buddy has reached the delivery location either scan their QR code or confirm drop-off in your Gimme app.
How to hire a courier
OPEN APP
Open up your ‘Gimme’ App
ENTER PICK-UP LOCATION
Enter in the location of parcel collection as the start point for your Buddy’s task.
ENTER DROP-OFF LOCATION
Enter drop-off location where you would like your items dropped off
SELECT COURIER
Select ‘Courier’ as your Buddy’s task type.
ADD DETAILS
If necessary, upload a photo of the items getting delivered. Otherwise, Skip
SELECT VEHICLE
Select a vehicle type that will safely store your goods for delivery.
CONFIRM
Confirm your order details and submit your task to be completed by a Buddy.
KEEP AN EYE OUT
Watch your in-app chat for any questions or queries from your Buddy
COMPLETE ORDER
When your Buddy has reached the delivery location either scan their QR code or confirm drop-off in your Gimme app.

Becoming a Buddy is easy!
Once your registration has been approved, you can start earning money!Work as a Personal Shopper
1. Go Online
Sign into your ‘Gimme Buddy’ app & swipe your status to “Online”
2. View & Check Job
View and check job details (store and drop off location, item/s to be purchased, item sizes). If needed ask any questions via in app chat
3. Accept Job
Accept job to be completed.
4. Drive to Shop
Head to shop’s location by following the in-app map or your preferred GPS system.
5. Find & Pay
Once you have found the required items, head to the payment counter at the store, purchase items and ensure you receive a receipt of purchase.*
6. Deliver Items
When all order items are purchased, deliver items to the drop-off location. Take note of any delivery instructions
7. Complete Job
If the customer is present with their Gimme app, have them scan the unique job QR code on your Gimme Buddy app and deliver their items along with the original receipts
8. Instant Reimbursement
Within minutes after completing a job you will be reimbursed for the total item(s) amount into your preferred bank account
*Buddy’s will make all Personal Shopper purchases with their own preferred debit or credit card and will be reimbursed once the job has been completed and they receive payment to Wallet within the App.
**If a third party is collecting the delivery, please ensure they give you the unique 4 digit code required to complete the delivery. Once that has been confirmed, deliver all items and receipts of purchase.
Work as a Courier too
1. Go Online
Sign into your ‘Gimme Buddy’ app & swipe your status to “Online”
2. View & Check Job
View and check job details (pick up and drop off location, item sizes). If needed ask any questions via in app chat
3. Accept Job
Accept job to be completed.
4. Drive & Pick-up
Head to pick-up location by following the in-app map or your preferred GPS system. Collect item/s being couriered.
5. Deliver Items
Deliver collected items to drop-off location. Take note of any delivery instructions.
6. Complete Job
If the customer is present with their Gimme app, have them scan the unique job QR code on your Gimme Buddy app and deliver items.**
